Boldmere Futures Partnership will be holding a general meeting on Tuesday 9th November at 7pm at the Newman Centre (former Carpenter’s Arms) behind Clive Mark.  This meeting should last no more than 15 minutes and will be followed immediately by the Boldmere Neighbourhood Forum Meeting.

The purpose of this meeting will be to formally dissolve Boldmere Futures Partnership and transfer the assets to Boldmere Futures Community Interest Company (CIC).  This will not affect the aims and objectives of the partnership but will enable us to apply for additional funding and streamline decision making so that we can be more effective in our delivery, particularly in the lead up to the Commonwealth Games where Boldmere will be hosting the Triathlon.

We would appreciate your attendance as we need a minimum of 21 members present.  Members are residents of Boldmere, organisation within Boldmere, elected members of Birmingham City Council whose area falls within the Boldmere Neighbourhood Area and elected members of Sutton Coldfield Town Council whose area falls within the Boldmere Area.
